My name is Erica. I live in the Twin Cities. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University. (Go Hoosiers!) My husband, Justin and I have been married for 5 years. We have a handsome cocker spaniel named Leo (who is featured on the blog quite a lot). In my free time, I enjoy reading cookbooks and various fiction. I prefer baking over cooking and I love biking and walking the lakes in the summer. I am still trying to find a way to work out in the winter that I will enjoy.

What’s in a Name?

My blog is called Minne-Makeover because it describes me and my acclamation to Minnesota. Each week I will update everyone on new recipes, new events, new restaurants, new interests of mine that I would like to share with all of you. I promise to keep it short and sweet.
