On Saturday Justin, Galina, and I headed to the Farmers Market in search of one thing: AREPAS. Now… You may wonder what is Arepa? I did not know the answer to that question till yesterday. An arepa is made of cornmeal dough and resembles a pita pocket. It is stuffed with various meats, veggies, cheeses and topped with homemade salsas. One word for these: Yum! Hola Arepa has now become a favorite of ours and we will be back very soon! Here are some pictures from our lunch yesterday.
