I love fajitas and so does Justin. We could eat them once a week and be quite content. This week it has finally gotten sunny and warm in Minneapolis. I’m so happy and it makes me want to be outside all day long. (this cuts down on the time I want to spend in the kitchen) I decided to look to Pioneer Woman for some advice for easy fajitas. I used her idea for the marinade and found a great pico de gallo from Trader Joe’s that does the trick. We pair it with a corn tortilla. It’s Easy peasy!
Summer Love!

Mike and I had guacamole for dinner… next time we should try pairing it with fajitas
haha.
I was standing benhid you at the Q&A session and heard you talking about your blog before Bakerella came out so I decided to check it out! Hope you don’t mind. Although I was at the book signing, believe it or not I didn’t get a book. Not because I didn’t want one, I’m not really sure why. (It may have had something to do with the long, long line when I got there only a few moments before noon.) Now I’m wishing I had gotten a book and had it signed as well. Hind sight is 20/20 vision, isn’t it? Thanks to you I’ve still got a chance though, actually 5 now! Thank you so much for the chance.
