Last night I decided to go against my previous ideas for dinner and make a couple appetizers instead. I took two brie recipes that I love and I put them together and came up with this. Alli and Justin were my taste testers and they told me this was pretty delish.
Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1 round brie
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast pecans in oven for 5 minutes. Take them out of the oven and chop them up. Cut brie in half. Put brown sugar in the middle and top with pecans and then place other half of brie on top. Wrap the whole thing in the crescent roll dough and drizzle the top with honey. Place in pyrex dish and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a baguette or your favorite crackers.
