Sorry for being m.i.a but I promised no useless blogging. Today I whipped up a batch of symphony brownies for book club. Afterwards it was time to cut them which I hate doing because for some reason my cutting skills  usually look similar to some of my first graders. But I remembered a helpful tid bit I got from my grandmother ( or shall I say Mom Mom… Because that’s what I call her, I’ll tell ya that story lata). When you cut brownies use a plastic knife. I pulled out one I has saved from take out that I didn’t use and tada… Perfectly cut brownies! Enjoy the picture… I will post the recipe for the brownies lata
